Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the AudioBoard app ("AudioBoard", "the app"). By downloading or using AudioBoard you agree to them. AudioBoard is provided by Alex Birtwell ("we", "us").
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use AudioBoard on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula).
Subscription
- AudioBoard Pro is an auto-renewable subscription priced at £19.99 per year (or the equivalent in your local currency), following a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends for trial subscriptions.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until it ends.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged, and access ends when the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.
Complimentary access codes
We may issue complimentary access codes that unlock the app without a subscription. Codes are for the intended recipient, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be revoked or expire. Sharing or attempting to distribute codes may result in them being disabled.
Your content and licensing responsibilities
AudioBoard is a playback tool. You are solely responsible for the audio you import and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. If you play music at public or commercial events, you are responsible for obtaining any performance licences required in your territory (for example, in the UK, licences from PRS for Music and PPL). We do not grant any music rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use AudioBoard unlawfully, attempt to circumvent its purchase mechanisms, or reverse engineer it except to the extent permitted by law.
No warranty
AudioBoard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for testing your setup before any live use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, AudioBoard, including during live events. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any statutory consumer rights you may have.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted on this page.
